“Content” means all material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and audio, published on the website, whether copyright of Norfolk Superhero Challenge Ltd or a third party;

“Intellectual Property Rights” means all designs rights, trade marks, trade and business names and all associated goodwill, rights to sue for passing off, copyright, moral rights and related rights, rights in databases, domain names, rights in information and all other similar or equivalent rights existing now or in the future in any part of the world, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for, and renewals or extensions of, such rights for their full term;

“Norfolk Superhero” means Norfolk Superhero Challenge Ltd as relevant.

7. Transactions concluded through the website

The only transactions conducted on the Norfolk Superhero website are for tickets to its annual Worshippers Supper event. When purchasing tickets you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process (iii) the tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance.

The prices we charge for event tickets are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

 

8. Uploading material to the website

a. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to the website (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Norfolk Superhero a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in Norfolk Superhero’s privacy policy. If you do not want to grant to Norfolk Superhero the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution.

b. When you provide your details or contributions to us you are stating that you are over 18 years of age or are a minor with parental consent. You agree that any information you provide to us about yourself upon registration or at any time will be true and accurate.

d. Norfolk Superhero will not be responsible, or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of the website.

e. Norfolk Superhero has the right to remove any material or posting you make on the website if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with these terms and conditions.
