Saturday Hero Worshippers Supper 2024

INGREDIENTS FOR EACH DISH WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE FOOD. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOU AND YOUR GUESTS ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE FOOD PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR HAVE TRACES OF NUTS AND NUT OIL OR MAY HAVE BEEN MADE ALONGSIDE OTHER PRODUCTS CONTAINING NUTS OR OTHER ALLERGENS.

About the Event

Saturday night’s celebratory 'Hero Worshipper’s Party' will be held on the 8th June, after the last runners return from the marsh, in our Marquee overlooking the creek at Burnham Overy Staithe. Parking is in the village hall car park up the hill towards Burnham Market.

Timing:

7.30pm Sit down Hero Worshipper’s Supper

8.00pm  Prize Giving (during supper)

9.00pm  Dancing (DJ – the one and only Ben Zaven Crane)

11.30pm  Chestnut Group Bar closes

All Superheroes automatically receive a Supper Ticket as part of their entry pack. Any Pink Ladies who are working during the Supper will also receive a Supper Ticket as part of their Pink Lady pack. If you would like your wife, husband, children, parents or friends to join you for supper, please purchase an extra supper ticket for them here on our website. Payment can be made using debit/credit card or via Paypal.

Please remember, this is an event for Superheroes, sponsors and the marshalls and should be a celebration of what these fabulous people have achieved on the day, and not so much for the hanger-oners! We are very limited on the number of supper tickets we can sell, so please do not bring unaccompanied teens to the after party. 

If you have purchased extra supper tickets and find, nearer the time, you no longer need them, please contact us so we can reimburse you and offer them to those people on the waiting list who missed the boat.
