Weekend Timetable
The following is a timetable of the weekend's events. If you are competing, it is recommended that you study this timetable so you do not miss out on important times, such as the safety briefing.
Location: Burnham Overy Staithe in the field from herein known as Superhero HQ (look
for the large marquee). Each leg of the challenge will start and finish here.

15:00 Pre event registration
18:00 Compulsory Safety Briefing, Including Marshalls
19:00 Marshall and Boat Marshall Briefing / Supper for Competitors and Marshalls
All contestants must check in, register and attend the compulsory safety briefing after which we will provide a large carb - loading supper. This gives everyone a chance to familiarise themselves with the local area, transition zones, ask any questions and compare those inevitable training stories!

07:00 Board Boats
07:30 Warm up on the beach by Liberte
08:00 Race Starts
15:00 Race Finishes
17:30 Prize Giving

NB above times are approx and will be confirmed at the compulsory safety briefing on Friday night.
Throughout the day massages will be available for all exhausted participants from one of our friendly physios and stretch therapist who will be based at Superhero HQ.
